We aim to develop medical devices that are easy to use, convenient and contribute to the well-being of tube-fed patients and users. To that end, our engineers are continuously searching for new ideas and design improvements to lower the “barriers” for tube feeding and keep our medical devices portfolio state of the art.
A wide range of enteral feeding products like feeding catheters (nasogastric and nasointestinal), percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) sets, administration sets, enteral feeding pumps and accessories have been developed to support patients during their enteral feeding therapy.
We have teams of engineers specialised in plastics manufacturing (e.g. injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion and assembling) and user interaction (ergonomics, safety, convenience) based in China, Germany and the Netherlands. The task is to assure that our products are designed according to international standards and regulations, and suit the needs of our patients and users at hospital and at home.
New ideas and improvements offering Best Care to our patients
COLLABORATING FOR BETTER MEDICAL DEVICES
In close cooperation with external partners, suppliers and manufacturers, Development team optimises the designs for manufacturing and assembling, striving for lean production processes improving production efficiency and lowering costs.
Input for new ideas and improvements are initiated through a close relationship and proximity between our Development team and internal and external stakeholders. Market feedback, user insights, new materials and understanding of the production methods exemplify the information that the Development team uses to improve our products and feed our innovation pipeline offering Best Care to our customers.
Being the benchmark is an everyday challenge that pushes the designers and developers to make use of all the skills available in the team. The efforts result in high quality and costs effective products and services in which the team takes pride and where the users benefit the most.
