‘Fuel the Growth’ is strongly linked to our purpose as a research and development (R&D) division to present career opportunities. There are 3 career paths for your individual and business development to choose: Scientific Driver, R&D Specialist, or Business Driver. Each has its own required experience and way ofgetting there.

Since it was set up in 2009, Danone Leadership College, the largest training program ever developed at Danone, has cultivated ‘Danone-style’ leadership among the entire organisation. The ‘Learning by Nutricia’ programs and solutions aim to accelerate growth and performance, both on a personal and professional level.
